Candidate Assessment

To ensure a strategic fit, shortlisted candidates are assessed. Assessments streamline the selection process and provide insight into how well equipped an individual is to perform optimally within a specific organizational culture. Often, our assessments act as a useful guide to integrate new members into existing teams. Our evaluations provide information from 26 dimensions of behavioral competence and identifies future coaching needs. Assessments may include:
