Shawn Jacobs: SAIPM - Managing Partner
- Active in executive search, management selection, and training since 1986;
- Founded and built ExecuSearch International to service the executive recruitment needs of multinationals within Southern Africa;
- Experience in the sourcing and selection of senior executive board members of multinationals within South Africa and conducted searches for some of the world’s leading organizations in IT, Natural Resources, Telecommunications and Engineering sectors;
- Conducted research in South Africa and Canada (Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver) for some of the world’s leading search practices, such as Boyden International, Heidrick & Struggles, The Hever Group and TASA Worldwide;
- Graduate of the Institute of Personnel Management of Southern Africa.
Dr. Dominique Surel: MBA, DM - Partner
- Created and developed Predictive Decision-Making training to sharpen executives' skills in forecasting, assessing and accommodating change and innovative thinking;
- Over 20 years’ experience in international marketing strategy, image/branding and global corporate positioning; consulting to such concerns as Arthur Andersen, Dow Corning, Dow Europe, Cap Gemini, Royal Ascot, Gillette, British Telecom, Gaz de France and London City Airport;
- International business experience includes working at Harvard University, Program on Negotiation and The International Herald Tribune, creating and writing business supplements in Europe;
- Delivered workshops internationally in Team Building, Strategy Buy-Ins and Change Management;
- Specialist in organizational culture problem solving, and enhanced service differentiation;
- Research Director for global, corporate positioning for DDH Consultants and based in Paris, 1990 – 2001.
Dr. Wesley Koczka:

- Over 20 years of university leadership gained in both public and private sectors with a solid background in the development of domestic and international student marketing and recruitment strategies;
- Formerly Dean of Continuing Studies, University of Victoria, where he successfully negotiated numerous programs, service fee and product sale contracts with international educational institutions in China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan and other countries;
- Experienced in HR development strategy for the University Canada West and University of Victoria; reaffirming the mandate and mission statements; structuring of internal and external stakeholder participation; and substantially expanding the programming portfolio of the Division of Continuing Studies, University of Victoria;
- Established institutional educational pathway agreements for international students in Japan, China, Saudi Arabia, Iran and India to complete Bachelor and MBA degrees through University Canada West;
- Successfully developed domestic and international student marketing and recruitment strategies and grew registrations to 16,000 annually;
- Championed the development of a Television Broadcast English Language Learning Program in Saudi Arabia and secured corporate clients for executive education and managerial development in China, Korea and Afghanistan.

- A respected scholar in his field and recipient of the Canadian Association of Geographers Award for Excellence in Teaching Geography and the JL Robinson Award for Meritorious Service to the Discipline of Geography;
- Former Vice President, Academic, University Canada West;
- Successfully guided the academic success of University Canada West to a renewal for five further years by the Provincial Government of the right to be a university and to offer the flagship MBA program;
- Serves as a member of the Degree Quality Assessment Board of British Columbia;
- Former Dean of Arts and Science at the University of Lethbridge, Alberta, where he also served two terms as Professor and Chair of the Department of Geography;
- Involved in the educational development of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), and served as Executive Director of the industry-funded Canadian Centre for GIS in Education in Ottawa and the international Institute for GIS in Education based in Arlington, Virginia and Henley-on-Thames, UK;
- Former President of the Western Division of the Canadian Association of Geographers and President of the Newfoundland Division of the Geological Association of Canada.
