Lesley has over 23 years’ experience in executive search. Initially worked within a specialist IT Boutique and later with two international executive search practices, TASA Worldwide and the Korn Ferry alliance, Johannesburg. Grew and positioned a proudly South African organization, Mabili HR Solutions, acting as Consultant, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. Lead the Gijima Human Capital Management Executive Search Division, 2012 - 2019.

Skilled in placing candidates into senior / executive / board positions, middle management and specialist roles. Expertise in the placement of talent across most market segments for listed and multinational companies, as well as for the public sector. Solid reputation for the delivery of B-BBEE recruitment solutions. Lesley is a BSc Hons (Genetics) graduate from Witwatersrand University.
